In this project the order of the components is not that important, but the direction that your LED is facing in the circuit is very important.

You can also use either type of switch but for now stick to the push button switch until you watch the video on how to use the toggle switch

It also doesn't matter which colour LED you choose to use. They are all the same

Most importantly you must have a resistor (470 ohm) and the LED must face the correct direction

Experiment with different ways of wiring the LED once you have it working.
